Shipping policy

To benefit our customers, we offer FREE shipping on most products within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to addresses outside the U.S.

Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Address Changes If your order has already been dispatched and you need to update the address, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier directly.

Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the order once the reshipping fee is paid. Alternatively, we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost we incurred.
